Transactions and orders
Two different things live here and they are kept apart: on-chain transactions you signed through Shade, and orders on the trading venue. A submitted transaction is not an accepted order, and an accepted order is not a fill.

Order history needs venue authentication
The venue returns order and fill history only to requests signed with the account’s API key. Shade has no venue signer yet, so it cannot list them — and it will not reconstruct them from local records. When the signer is integrated, every order will be shown with its venue-reported state: submitted, accepted, partially filled, filled, cancelled or rejected.
